Pictures of the launch of the exhibition for Time to change. There is more artwork up there then I have shown here, I will try to go and photograph the rest soon. If you would like to go and see the art, then it is in outpatient area C of the Conquest Hospital in Hastings. Time to change s the new campaign to reduce the stigma of mental health. 1 in 4 people have mental health problems, that's a quarter of your friends and family, but most people are still scared to admit they have problems and when they do they sometimes get rejected. That would not happen if you had cancer or a broken leg, so why should a broken head be any different?
